Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in US property & casualty (P&C) in a state product management, pricing or actuarial role; or related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude; Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to think strategically and apply business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Uses pricing and ratemaking expertise to support profitability and rate-setting decisions.
• Analyzes competitor products, market dynamics, customer segments, and regulatory conditions.
• Builds and interprets production, profit, and underwriting data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Leads analysis of complex business issues and recommends actions to drive profit and growth.
• Presents recommendations to leaders and mentors junior analysts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
