Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in US property & casualty pricing or actuarial roles.
• People leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong technical aptitude.
• Excel proficiency required; programming in Python, R, SQL preferred.

• Provides leadership, coaching, and talent development to build organizational capability and drive performance.
• Accountable for profit and growth performance and develops market strategies for portfolios.
• Makes strategic pricing and product recommendations aligned with growth and profitability.
