Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking an Account Executive in Sacramento, CA to promote our software solutions within competitive accounts. You will serve as the subject matter expert and work with area sales representatives to drive market share growth and close high-value deals.

Base salary is $80,000 with total targeted compensation for the first year expected to be $110,000–130,000 including commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years experience in sales
• Automotive retail dealership experience (required)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Ability to close sales
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to travel, with hotels stays, up to 75%
• Superb time management skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years

Responsibilities

• Promote the sale of Reynolds’ products within competitive accounts as an Account Executive.
• Serve as subject matter expert for core software solutions and work with area sales reps.
• Drive market share growth and demonstrate how solutions deliver results.
• Achieve set sales quotas within the assigned territory.
