Interstate Batteries is seeking a Market General Manager II to drive the successful operation of a company-owned distributorship. You will be accountable for P&L, budget performance, and leading regional strategies to surpass financial and distributorship goals.

You will oversee AR management, inventory control, and the annual operating plan while guiding a sales team to expand the dealer network and strengthen national accounts.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in a Warehouse or Distribution environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of battery business and/or automotive systems preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational ability.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee P&L and budget performance for the distributorship.
• Review weekly scorecards and monthly financials; develop action plans with leadership.
• Track AR balances and create recovery actions for delinquent accounts.
• Lead local Sales Team to acquire new business and grow dealer base.
• Maintain relationships with key account decision-makers; travel to market as needed.
• Ensure National Accounts meet SLA targets and service expectations.
