• Develops and implements solutions to improve program metrics.
• Leads process improvement projects and uses data to provide insights.
• Supports end-to-end store fulfillment and driving customer/member orders across channels.
• Drives execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs and priorities.
• Removes obstacles and allocates resources to meet goals.
• Promotes digital-change initiatives, mobile apps, and product launches across an area.
• Works with operators on strategy execution and cross-team alignment.
