Job summary

Frida is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to lead Walmart account logistics, owning day-to-day replenishment and supply chain execution with Sales, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service. You will identify risks, optimize inventory, and drive cross-functional initiatives to strengthen the retailer partnership.

You will monitor PO activity, in-stock performance, and forecast accuracy, partnering with Planning teams to improve replenishment and service levels while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years in customer operations / supply chain roles.
• Experience with large national retailers in replenishment or operations.
• Strong understanding of replenishment, inventory management, forecasting, and execution.
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actions.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Operations.
• Strong ownership mindset and delivering results.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, and retailer reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution for retailer replenishment and operations.
• Build relationships via reviews to improve service levels and inventory health.
• Support item launches, promotions, assortment changes, and seasonal initiatives.
• Monitor PO activity, replenishment, and inventory flow to ensure in‑stock performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to resolve supply chain challenges.
• Drive accountability and timely resolution of operational issues and key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and increase visibility across Walmart’s supply chain operations.
• Develop scalable reporting, tools, and process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen retailer relationships.
