Job summary

Walmart is seeking a results-oriented logistics leader to drive optimization in transportation operations at the Bentonville campus. You will identify opportunities, translate field pain points into clear problem statements, and partner with Product/Engineering to implement measurable improvements.

The role requires incident triage experience, strong data storytelling, and the ability to communicate complex system behavior in plain language to frontline teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1 year experience in logistics, transportation, or operations management.
• Experience supervising and developing managers or associates.
• Ability to translate complex system behavior into clear, non-technical terms for frontline teams and leaders.
• Experience leading incident triage and RCA and delivering fixes with Product/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Act as a self-starter identifying opportunities and driving change.
• Translate field pain points into problem statements with acceptance criteria; prioritize with Product/Engineering and follow through to delivery.
• Lead initiatives to improve route efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance planning quality.
• Champion automation by transitioning repeatable tasks into dispatch platforms and connected systems.
• Track KPIs and sustain gains through follow-ups across sprints/releases.
