ArchWell Health seeks a Center Administrator, Market Float, to oversee operations across centers, supervise staff, and drive performance in the Kansas City market. This role requires agile leadership, strong collaboration with clinical leadership, and readiness to support centers during vacancies or growth.

The CA will manage profitability, quality of care, and member experience while traveling across markets as needed to stabilize performance and ensure continuity of ArchWell Health standards.

• Partner with the Market Operations Director and clinical leadership to achieve operational, quality, financial, and member experience goals.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory and organizational compliance requirements, including HIPAA, safety standards, physician documentation, and coding audit programs.
• Monitor operational, quality, and productivity metrics; identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.

3+ years supervisory experience
