Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a Sr. Director of Market Operations to lead all centers in a metropolitan area, driving financial performance and patient satisfaction.

The role partners with the VP of Operations and Market Medical Director to hire and develop Center Managers, build a robust referral network, and coordinate growth initiatives. You will oversee market operations, collaborate with Growth and Network leaders, and ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations across sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a supervisory role in a medical setting
• 5+ years of multi-site experience
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar P&L, value-based care P&L in medical group/health plan
• Experience leading large interdisciplinary teams with focus on talent acquisition and development

Responsibilities

• Implement market launch plans with Growth team and Center Managers
• Manage market P&L and drive financial, growth, and operational KPIs
• Lead market leadership team and coordinate weekly meetings
• Provide local oversight for market support functions with corporate leaders
• Collaborate with Market Growth and Market Network Managers and Market Medical Director
• Build a high-performance provider network and oversee referrals coordination
• Foster partnerships with providers, health plans, and community leaders
• Oversee external market development activities and ensure patient-focused care
• Monitor financial reports to identify cost reduction and improvement opportunities
