Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Center Administrator, Market Float to provide interim leadership across the Kansas City area. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, manage center operations, and ensure profitability and patient experience while maintaining compliance and high-quality care.

This role requires rapid assessment of center performance, building relationships with providers, stabilizing operations during vacancies or growth, and traveling 75-100% within the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or closely related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting.
• Minimum of 3 years' supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience with ECW is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering accountability and service excellence.
• Ensure efficient center operations, including staffing, scheduling, billing, workflow, and resource management.
• Drive member satisfaction, engagement, and retention through exceptional service and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Market Operations Director and clinical leadership to achieve objectives.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory compliance including HIPAA and coding audit programs.
• Monitor metrics and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Conduct audits and performance reviews with timely feedback and development opportunities.
• Facilitate effective team communication and alignment across centers and markets.
• Achieve financial targets through resource management and revenue performance.
• Serve as the operational leader for physicians and care teams delivering high-quality care.
• Provide interim leadership coverage during vacancies or leadership transitions.
