Job summary

US LBM seeks a Market Finance Manager (MFM) to serve as the lead finance partner for a Market, delivering financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. You will partner with Market and Divisional Presidents to align financial objectives with operational decisions.

The role collaborates with Corporate and Shared Services to ensure consistent processes and drive enterprise-wide financial excellence. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad financial expertise (finance, FP&A, accounting).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Market.
• Provide insights to Market and Regional leadership to drive performance.
• Oversee financial analysis, variance reports, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Corporate and Shared Services on policies and controls.
• Support post‑acquisition integration and capital investment evaluation.
