Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Market Finance Manager to serve as the lead finance partner for a Market, providing financial leadership and decision support to Market and Divisional Presidents.

The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis, partnering with Market leadership to drive performance and align operations with financial goals. Strong ERP experience and strategic mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of broad financial experience (FP&A, accounting, finance).
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets and long-range financial plans.
• Prepare monthly financial results and variance analyses for leadership.
• Support mergers & acquisitions and post‑acquisition integration.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
