Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Market Finance Manager to act as the primary financial lead for the designated Market, partnering with Market and Divisional leadership to drive performance. You will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis while collaborating with Corporate to ensure consistent financial processes and strong internal controls.

The role requires a track record of strategic financial leadership, advanced Excel modeling, and the ability to translate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance, FP&A or accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and decision support to Market and Divisional Presidents.
• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Oversee monthly financial analysis and reporting to leadership with variance analysis.
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions and integration of acquired businesses.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
