Job summary

Victaulic Jr. Sales Analyst is a data-driven role supporting sales and pricing analytics in an ERP-driven environment. You will analyze data, build models, and partner with Sales, Finance and IT to improve reporting and decision-making.

The position requires strong Excel/VBA, SQL Server, and BI tooling skills, plus the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership. You will join a global team during the ERP implementation over the coming years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management, BIS, CS or IT.
• Advanced Excel with formulas, pivots, charts; VBA scripting.
• Experience with SQL Server and BI tools (QlikSense/Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and pricing analytics through data collection and reporting.
• Develop complex modeling tools to improve pricing analytics.
• Maintain ERP, Salesforce, SharePoint and BI dashboards.
• Refine information systems to support key business functions.
• Conduct regular data quality audits and training for users.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and IT to align systems with objectives.
• Prepare ad-hoc profitability analyses and pricing research.
