HCA Healthcare is seeking a Market Director of Support Services for the South TX Market, supporting Corpus, Valley Regional, and Rio Grande facilities. Must reside in these areas or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides multi-facility operational leadership for Support Services across an assigned market, including EVS, FANS, and Facility Management.
Translates enterprise, regional, and division strategies into market and facility operating plans with consistent execution.
Coaches and develops facility Support Services leaders and sets market performance expectations.
Drives performance in care experience, quality, regulatory readiness, and financial outcomes across hospitals and facilities.
Partners with facility leadership to ensure standardized, sustainable operations and risk mitigation.
