Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Five+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Support Services.
- Experience in Facility Management (Trades knowledge: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc).
- Willing to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Provides operational leadership for Support Services across the market, overseeing EVS, FANS, and Facility Management.
- Translates enterprise strategies into market and facility operating plans.
- Partners with facility executives to drive performance across care experience, quality, and financial outcomes.
- Drives market-level performance-management routines and escalation of risks to leadership.
- Coaches and develops facility leaders, ensuring succession planning and accountability.
