Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Required.
- Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field, Preferred.
- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Support Services, Required.
- Must be willing to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Provides operational leadership for Support Services across the assigned market.
- Translates enterprise, regional, and division Support Services strategies into market and facility operating plans.
- Partners with facility executives and Support Services leaders to drive performance across care experience, quality, and regulatory readiness.
- Establishes market performance-management routines to review key metrics and elevate material risks.
- Provides direct coaching, development, and performance support to facility Support Services leaders.
