Provide multi-facility operational leadership for Support Services across an assigned market.
Translate enterprise strategies into market-level execution for EVS, FANS and Facility Management.
Coach facility leaders, establish market operating routines, and drive performance improvements.
Collaborate with facility executives and leadership to optimize care experience, quality, regulatory readiness, and financial outcomes.
Monitor key metrics, identify gaps, and escalate risks to senior leadership.
