The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of healthcare leadership, a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred), and be able to travel up to 75% to support various sites within the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s degree preferred in related field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare Support Services or hospital operations.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% for multi-facility oversight.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for Support Services across the market.
- Translate enterprise strategies into market and facility plans.
- Partner with facility executives to drive performance in care experience and regulatory readiness.
- Establish market performance routines and escalate risks to leadership.
- Coach and develop facility Support Services leaders and ensure role clarity.
- Drive standardization across facilities in staffing, labor, and cost controls.
