HCA Healthcare is seeking a Market Director of Support Services to leadEnvironmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, and Facility Management across multiple facilities in the North Virginia market. The role requires strategic alignment with enterprise goals and hands-on leadership to improve care experience, quality, and financial outcomes.

The position supports Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center and surrounding facilities, with travel up to 75% and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, operations, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Support Services, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition Services, Facility Management, or hospital operations.
• Willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational leadership for Support Services across the market, overseeing EVS, FANS, and Facility Management.
• Translates enterprise strategies into market and facility operating plans.
• Drives performance across care experience, quality, safety, and financial outcomes.
• Establishes market performance-management routines to review metrics and identify gaps.
• Coaches and develops facility Support Services leaders and ensures succession planning.
