Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Market Director of Banking in Consumer Banking to lead a world class customer experience, coach Branch Managers, and drive growth across deposits, investments and loans. You will partner with Chase Wealth Management and Home Lending to scale cross-sell and manage risk.

You will build a culture of excellence, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service in the local market. Travel for training and meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Branch management or other related leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high performing sales teams with knowledge of financial markets and trends.
• Ability to tailor education to market needs and collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops coaching techniques and ensures compliance across the market.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent while fostering an inclusive environment.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposits, investments, and loans growth.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
• Manages market to optimize performance and customer experience.
• Ensures risk and controls are maintained and compliance is met.
