Job summary

Westlake is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow Royal Building Products' market share in Des Moines, IA, and surrounding regions. You will generate awareness, create demand, and influence contractors, architects, and builders to request Royal siding products.

Qualifications

Minimum of two years' work experience in a related role preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Call on remodeling companies, architects, builders, decking contractors, and trade professionals to generate business.
Manage and support existing distribution and channel accounts in the territory.
Present company story and high-end pull-through products professionally.
Develop and execute a demand strategy in the assigned territory.
Prepare and review target lists with the Regional Manager monthly.
Make a minimum of 20 quality presentations per week to builders, remodelers, installers, architects, and specifiers.
Build strong relationships with Territory Manager to communicate demand creation value to channel partners.
