Job summary

Rohrer Corporation is seeking a Market Development Manager to drive business development across Home & Commercial, Home & Business, and consumer product segments. You will design prospecting programs, coach a seven‑person team, and personally grow a portfolio of accounts while aligning with commercial and operations leaders to build a strong pipeline.

You will report on KPIs, travel up to 25%, and leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, including at least 2 years building prospecting programs or coaching a sales or BD team.
Proven track record of creating prospecting cadences that generated measurable pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

Design segment-based prospecting programs with target lists and multi-touch outreach.
Coach a prospecting group of about seven sales team members and track KPI progress.
Manage a portfolio of ~40 smaller accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and business reviews for new accounts.
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
