Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Draper, UT is seeking a Market Development Manager to build strong relationships with on-premise food service customers, grow volume, and negotiate contracts. You will prospect new clients, drive sales initiatives, and coordinate cross‑functional support to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer service role; 1+ years in sales is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop progressive business relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers.
• Identify and target new business to grow market share and lead contract negotiations.
• Sell-in incremental volume and innovation with existing customer base.
• Activation in customer outlets to strengthen brand partnership.
• Facilitate stewardship reviews with customers to highlight our value and ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with a high level of service.
• Assist with Coke sponsored community events and volunteer opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What does a Market Development Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
