Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Retail Account Representative to grow our Coca-Cola product portfolio at assigned store locations in the Tempe area. You will be the beverage industry expert, executing promotions and ensuring displays and stock are aligned with the Joint Business Plan.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on mobile devices, and availability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad devices.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers in each customer location and place product orders.
• Maintain sufficient inventory for customer purchases and stock beverage sections.
• Collaborate with merchandisers to build displays and ensure proper stocking.
• Rotate products to follow a first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Sell in additional displays and new products to increase sales volume.
• Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed with Field Sales Manager and customers.
• Maintain backroom stock areas and manage credits for pickup by drivers.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
• Cover merchandising duties when necessary.

What does a Retail Account Representative do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Promotes the growth and development of the full portfolio of Coca-Cola products and build trust with our customers by being the beverage industry expert, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the stores Joint Business Plan (JBP).

Responsibilities:

• Interact and built rapport with decision makers in each customer location. Place order of product to be delivered maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumers purchase
• Manage and fill customer beverage section, build displays, fill coolers and all points of availability, ensuring they are properly stocked, maintained and rotated per company standard
• Supervise and collaborate with merchandisers to ensure that accounts are stocked and displays are built in alignment with company standards and store management
• Rotate products to ensure that store follows a "first in - first out" stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelfs
• Sell in additional displays, new products and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue
• Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed throughout the year by regularly confirming with their Field Sales Manager and customer location on the details of the JBP
• Maintain backroom stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area. Write up credits and confirm the credits are ready for pick up by bulk driver
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Covers Merchandising duties when necessary

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate preferred
• Must be able to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds
