Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a store associate in Colorado to join our customer-focused team. The role involves stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining clean aisles while following first-in, first-out procedures.

Schedule is 5:00AM–1:30PM, five 8-hour shifts with weekends required and overtime as needed. Pay is $23.25 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for advancement within our family-owned bottling company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organise shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organise back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
