Swire Coca-Cola is hiring in Glendale, AZ for a store merchandising and stocking role. You will restock coolers and displays, organize shelves, and rotate products following FIFO. You’ll build promotional displays and keep back rooms tidy, while supporting ongoing store initiatives and events.

The role requires reliable transportation, lifting up to 50 pounds, and weekend availability. This position offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license; driving record must meet policy.
• Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles daily with cleaning equipment.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first in, first out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items per instruction and schedule.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock in a safe, accessible manner.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.

Job Details:

Schedule: core hours 4-10/hr. shifts 4am start time. Days off vary.
Pay: $21.00

Responsibilities:

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Daily restocking coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases
• Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first in first out stocking system
• Builds displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking and building items according to instruction and schedule made by supervisor and store management
• Maintain and organize back rooms/back stock areas in a safely accessible manner. Prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• V alid driver’s license required ; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Ability to u se reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
