Qualifications
- 5+ years in a technical-commercial role in specialty chemicals, polymers, or adjacent B2B industry.
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and articulate value propositions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through stage-gate processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional team from idea to launch with no hand-offs.
- Build and manage an active opportunity pipeline.
- Drive structured voice-of-customer programs throughout the innovation process.
