Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, market development, or related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business opportunities and manage multi-year sales cycles.
- Experience selling engineered products or advanced materials.
- Strong communication with technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for an assigned market segment.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Develop account plans for strategic customers and target markets.
- Lead opportunities from concept through production; coordinate internal teams.
- Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and secure design wins.
- Maintain pipeline forecasting using CRM systems.
