Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, science, or equivalent; 5–7 years in elastomeric or plastics in automotive.
• Strong technical strength to develop new business.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Cross-functional collaboration with commercial and product teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify product requirements and drive technology development for business growth of TPE compounds.
• Manage development activities for TPE materials and coordinate with product development engineers.
• Pursue new business opportunities through customer and market development efforts.
• Present data packages and coordinate customer molding trials; document results.
• Interface with converters, Tiers, and OEMs for product approvals and support non-automotive applications as needed.
• Promote Audia Elastomers products and capabilities; provide timely customer responses.
• Submit reports and summaries of customer-related activities; ensure safety and quality compliance.
