Job summary

Clemson University is seeking a Market Development Coordinator to support the AMPSC grant under the USDA-NRCS initiative. You will serve as the liaison with Extension, producers, and the MD team across four commodities: Peanuts, Leafy Greens, Forages for Beef Cattle, and Forestry, maintaining data and helping deploy surveys.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and relevant program experience, with preferred master’s degree and 1+ years of related work.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Master's degree preferred in Agribusiness, Agricultural Education or related fields.
• 1+ years of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and completing reports with emphasis on market development data and outcomes.
• Collect, enter, and maintain data from surveys, interviews, and other project activities in databases.
• Collaborate with project researchers to ensure protocols are followed and assist with field activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee market development activities for the AMPSC grant across four commodities.
