Clemson University is seeking a Market Development Coordinator to support the AMPSC grant under the USDA-NRCS initiative. You will serve as the liaison with Extension, producers, and the MD team across four commodities: Peanuts, Leafy Greens, Forages for Beef Cattle, and Forestry, maintaining data and helping deploy surveys.
The role requires a bachelor's degree and relevant program experience, with preferred master’s degree and 1+ years of related work.

(Reference 5155) Serve as MD Coordinator for the AMPSC grant, under the USDA-NRCS Advancing Markets for Producers (AMP) initiative. As part of the coordination team, act as the liaison with the Extension, the producers, and the MD teams across the four grant commodities: Peanuts, Leafy Greens, Forages for Beef Cattle, and Forestry. Maintain data on related activities across all four commodities and work collaboratively with the MD team on the fulfillment of grant milestones, including the deployment of surveys. Ensure all activities progress in a timely fashion. Completes other duties as assigned.

Expected Salary Range 45,000 - 60,000
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
