Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant Capital Markets experience.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead market/reference data and define strategy aligned with Capital Markets objectives.
• Partner with business, technology, operations, risk and finance.
• Define target-state data architecture and roadmap.
• Drive data quality, controls and governance across the portfolio.
• Establish KPIs and value realization metrics for data initiatives.
• Mentor teams and foster innovation in data products and APIs.
