RBC is seeking a senior leader to own enterprise data products across Capital Markets. You will drive trusted, governed data capabilities, partner with global teams, and lead AI-enabled data initiatives.

You will shape architecture, define roadmaps, and champion data quality, governance, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of Capital Markets experience.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams.

The expected salary range for this position is $300,000 - $400,000, based on factors such as experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, such as:

• A discretionary bonus.
