Job summary

Jordan & Jordan is seeking a Market Data Analyst to support our financial services clients in day-to-day management of market data services, including invoice processing, inventory control, and vendor coordination.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely resolution of billing discrepancies, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain data integrity and streamline MACs, invoicing, and monthly close activities.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a market data department within financial services.

Responsibilities

Process and review market data vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate market data inventory records within MDM.
Process moves, adds, and changes (MACs), including new service requests, modifications, and cancellations.
Coordinate with market data vendors regarding invoicing, payment status, billing discrepancies, and accounts payable requirements.
Reconcile vendor invoices against inventory records to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
Support monthly financial close activities, including invoice reconciliation, accruals, and reporting.
Work closely with internal market data, finance, procurement, and accounts payable teams to support daily operations.
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, billing processes, and operational efficiency.
