Job summary

Stifel seeks a Market Data Services Specialist to process vendor invoices, generate allocations for Corporate Accounting, and monitor invoicing accuracy in the MDM system. The role includes ad-hoc reporting for critical business heads and monthly MISU credit program reporting for NYSE/AMEX and OPRA.

Responsibilities cover maintaining pricing/structure changes from vendors, coordinating with Market Data Procurement, and handling new service orders to support department operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with market data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices for vendor services for approval and submission to Accounts Payable.
• Prepare allocations for submission to Corporate Accounting.
• Monitor expected invoicing reports and identify missing/delayed items.
• Generate spend reporting for business unit management (scheduled and ad-hoc).
• Generate monthly reporting for the MISU credit program and monitor credits.
• Update pricing/structural changes from vendors to maintain the MDM system.
• Cross-train with Market Data Procurement Analyst to enhance department support.
