Job summary

Evercore seeks a Market Data & Operations Associate in its Data Services & Strategy group to support data, reporting, and financial operations across firm-wide datasets and vendor contracts. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or market data management in professional services or financial services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Co-manage day-to-day and month-end DSS Operations across OS/FITS and related systems, ensuring contract, subscription, entitlement and inventory data accuracy.
• Assist with vendor management initiatives and resource allocations to align with vendor and contractual requirements.
• Support collection, aggregation, and cleansing of product usage data to aid expense allocation and contractual compliance.
