Colonial Group in Topeka, KS seeks a Service Manager to oversee Market Center operations and drive service quality, growth and profitability. You will lead and coach District Managers and Route personnel, manage AR collections and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes performance review, process improvement, and daily collaboration with field staff to maintain safety and compliance while achieving ambitious service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Production management and customer service experience.
• Profit and loss responsibility.
• Significant customer interface and service responsibilities.
• Considerable knowledge of financial information relating to profit and loss sales and capital expenses.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with a variety of organizational functions to get the job done.
• Considerable negotiation skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Overall Market Center (MC) Service results, including retention, growth, loss and ruin, and related metrics.
• Coach and develop District Managers and Route Personnel.
• Analyze reports and initiate corrective actions for trends.
• Foster a sales culture via TIG and Shared Lead programs.
• Coordinate TIG opportunities and days between sales, DM and RSR.
• Direct assistance in new account installations as directed by GM.
• Manage day-to-day activities of CS programs for Service Dept.
• Visit customers quarterly with DMs to review growth and service opportunities.
• Ensure DMs conduct weekly Route Performance meetings with RSRs.
