Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail or food service experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures for store and café.
• Supervise and support staff during shifts; manage tasks and coverage.
• Train, coach, and give feedback to team members.
• Document daily sales, inventory discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Prepare and serve coffee and ready-to-eat items; ensure quality and safety.
