Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
3+ years outside business development or sales management experience.
2+ years banking experience required.
Consultative customer service or sales with a personalized approach.
High emotional intelligence with ability to motivate and coach others.
Travel within the local region is required.
NMLS licensing and registration ability required.

Responsibilities

Produces, measures, and manages sales performance toward goals.
Sours and develops self-generated leads to drive new business.
Spends up to 80% on outside sales promoting bank products to targeted customers.
Cross-sell to existing clients, take loan applications, close loans.
Models ethical behavior and trains teams for best client experience.
Oversees profitability and security procedures.
Ensures compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Supervises bankers including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and evaluations.
Protects client and bank information; completes monthly training.
Travel within the local region as required.
