Job summary

Andaz Scottsdale is seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Host to greet guests, check them in, and communicate hotel services and promotions. This role requires friendly interaction, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism.

Payment processing and guest communications are key parts of the daily tasks. The position is part-time with open availability across mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based at Andaz Scottsdale, part of the Hyatt portfolio.

The Role

Andaz Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
