The Central Market Area Coordinator (MAC) will work on projects supporting the New Ford Tech programs, Mobile Service, Ford Pro Elite, and assist Technical Placement Specialists in their designated market areas. The MAC must have a strong understanding of Ford Service Capacity and its impact on our bottom line. The primary focus is to improve overall Technician Count and support dealer efforts in technician retention.

This is a remote-based role; candidates must reside in Dallas, TX. Travel of up to 60% is required.
