Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time position, offering 100% commission, W-2 employment with benefits. Reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning up to $90K+ annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, appointments are scheduled via email and conducted from home. Consultants' territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around their home zip code. This role offers excellent compensation opportunities with pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments. This is not door-to-door sales; consumers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.

This position provides excellent earning potential with pre-set appointments. Consumers have already expressed interest, so no cold calling is required.

5. Availability to work five days a week, including Saturdays; additional days may be required seasonally.
6. Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
7. Effective negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
8. Excellent customer service, listening, and influencing skills, with a passion for customer satisfaction.
9. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
