Job summary

Recor Medical seeks a Market Access Manager to lead reimbursement, coverage, and health economics initiatives, enabling access to uRDN therapies. You will partner with Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, and Sales to execute projects and develop payer materials.

The role requires strong organization, analytical abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience in Market Access, reimbursement, health economics or related field.
• Experience supporting reimbursement strategy, coding, coverage, or health economics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Market Access projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Develop reimbursement resources and payer evidence packages.
