Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or equivalent)
- 7+ years experience in market access strategies impacting product development and launches
- Experience with HTA, DRG/FFS, P4P, or bundled payments
- Experience with HEOR/RWE and payer studies
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across global stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead global market access strategy development and execution
- Evaluate reimbursability early in product development
- Coordinate HEOR, RWE, and payer value demonstration
- Engage with HTA frameworks and policy shifts
