Job summary

Neurelis Inc. in San Diego, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Access Marketing to develop and execute market access strategies that enhance payer, provider, patient and health-system access for the company’s products.

You will partner with Market Access and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into access-focused initiatives, support reimbursement, formulary positioning and product utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Public Health or related field.
• 8–10 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in Market Access.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and commercial environments within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of market access marketing strategies aligned with brand and access objectives.
• Assist in implementing payer and provider access initiatives, including formulary positioning and utilization efforts within key accounts.
• Help translate brand strategy into access-focused messaging tailored to payer, institutional, and health system audiences.
• Support the execution of market access initiatives that align with overall commercial objectives.
• Partner with Market Access teams to support aligned strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to ensure consistent customer engagement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to support timely execution of projects.
