Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Minimum of 10 years leading Market Access organizations (Pricing, contracting, payer accounts, HEOR).
• Experience developing market access strategies for specialty or rare disease products.
• Experience leading market access planning for pipeline assets through commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Mirum's North American Market Access strategy across marketed products and pipeline assets.
• Own enterprise pricing strategy, gross-to-net optimization, contracting, and reimbursement economics.
• Lead HEOR strategy and payer evidence generation for value messaging and dossiers.
• Develop external engagement strategies with payers, policy makers, and industry groups.
