Job summary

Georgia Ports Authority seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Ocean Terminal team. Under the Director of IT - Ocean Terminal, you will analyze container handling equipment and processes to design and implement IT systems, collaborate with Operations, Equipment Maintenance, Engineering, IT, and vendors, and manage go-lives and continuous improvement.

You will write specifications, lead multi-party discussions, troubleshoot, and drive change management, with KPI tracking and performance

Qualifications

• Experience with TOS deployment and integration.
• Knowledge of port operations and IT systems.
• Strong stakeholder communication and change management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze terminal software and hardware for safe, efficient designs.
• Create specifications and process flows for internal/external providers.
• Integrate and implement systems with vendors and GPA staff.
• Design training materials and train end users in control rooms and field teams.
• Lead system testing with a comprehensive test plan and track results.
• Troubleshoot, manage IT vendor tickets, and update documentation.
