Job summary

Kaleris in the United States seeks a senior advisor to lead strategic governance for global terminal automation programs, guiding port executives through digital transformation and automation roadmaps.

You will direct cross-functional teams of operational experts, TOS engineers, and automation specialists, manage executive relationships, and drive end-to-end audits, vessel/yard planning optimization, and the manual-to-automated transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of terminal operations and automation concepts.
• Experience with TOS platforms such as N4, XPS, ECN4 or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-stakes consulting engagements guiding port executives through digital transformation.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across global projects.
• Own executive-level relationships and facilitate workshops among terminal management, IT, and frontline operations.
• Conduct end-to-end terminal audits to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Guide vessel and yard planning optimization and the transition to automated operations.
• Develop KPI-driven performance tracking and reporting.
