Morpheus Talent Solutions is assisting a leading global marine technology business to hire a Business Development Manager focused on growth across the US Gulf Coast and nationwide. This is a hunter role targeting offshore energy, vessel operators, shipyards, and defence customers.

The role requires strong technical credibility, proven net-new revenue generation, and willingness to travel extensively across the US Gulf Coast and beyond to cultivate strategic accounts.

Qualifications

Proven track record of opening new accounts and generating revenue in marine/offshore sectors.
Existing relationships across Gulf Coast marine and offshore ecosystem.
Experience selling sophisticated marine, offshore, navigation, sensing or automation technology.
Willingness to travel extensively across Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida and beyond.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across the US Gulf Coast and broader US market.
Build and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts with emphasis on net-new revenue.
Translate customer needs into technically credible solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
Operate as a hunter with strong commercial acumen and ability to close strategic deals.
